How To Work More Efficiently with Kerio MailServer

Technology should be a tool to help you work more efficiently, not take time away from your business or costing you more than the value that it provides.

Get yourself up and running on desktop applications such as Outlook, Entourage, and Apple iCal

when you need it right away and you can’t wait for IT.

1. Open Kerio WebMail
2. Click on the Settings button.
3. Select “Integration with Mac” (if you are on a Mac). The menu item will say “Integration with Windows” or “Linux” if you are on the respective operating system.
4. Select the application that you would like to set up and follow the instructions.

Look up and reserve

1. Avoid double-booking meeting rooms and other shared equipment with resource scheduling. Set it up in Outlook, Entourage, Apple iCal, and Kerio WebMail.

Sort your emails automatically into folders

Get your emails organized into special folders with mail filters.

1. Create a new folder that you want to sort emails into.
2. Create a mail filter or rule to automatically send specific emails to the new folder. For example, when emails from a specific person comes in it will automatically go into the new folder. For Outlook and Kerio WebMail

Set out of office while away

Forgot to turn on your out of office message?

Setup Out of Office with Kerio WebMail – Enable and change your Out of Office auto-reply message through a web browser.

Setup Out of Office with a Mobile device – Change your Out of Office status and your Out of Office auto-reply message directly from your mobile device. (Note: Not all mobile device operating system will supports this. Consult your phone manufacturer regarding this feature.)

Out of Office can also be configured in Outlook and Entourage.
