Our Infrastructure

Our Infrastucture VMWare vSphere Powered Scalability
The GetSync’d Kerio Connect Cloud is built with a dedicated allocation of physical VMWare ESX servers cluster-tied into our cloud infrastructure and connected to network, firewall, and storage resources. By leveraging our best of breed cloud infrastructure architecture GetSync’d provides an enterprise-class Kerio Connect solution at a reduced cost while providing massively scalable resources when needed.

Hardware Redundancy
All GetSync’d Kerio Connect servers run in a multi-core multi-server VMWare environment. If any one server in a cluster experiences a hardware failure, the Kerio Connect servers operating on that hardware will automatically be moved to another server to keep as close 100% up-time as possible. The Kerio Connect servers operate on a 16-Drive SAN, if any drive should fail, Network Operations is notified and the failed drive is replaced. It would take 7 drives failing simultaneously to prevent any GetSyn’d Kerio Connect server from operating.

Archiving and Backup
We maintain a minimum of 2 weeks of full system backups, rotated each week. If a mailbox needs to be restored, they can be restored to the last backup point from the previous nights backup.
We also maintain a 90-Day archive of all messages sent and received by our Kerio Connect servers. If a particular message needs to be recovered, our Technical Support staff can locate and recover the message.
Archiving and Backup is maintained on a separate SAN, so that the highest level of safety and redundancy is maintained.
